Day out with Thomas the Train

Today we took Gavin to the Calera Railroad to the Day out with Thomas the Train event. He was very excited to ride the choo choo.
Always enjoys playing in the sand.

It's amazing how big the trains are close up.

I Like to Move It

Mimi brought Gavin these cool sunglasses from her class trip. Daddy liked wearing them also!

Enjoying some nachos and cheese at the picnic with Grandma Holden.
This is what happens when we don't get a nap. We fall asleep on the couch at 6:00 while Mommy is cooking dinner.

Gavin really loves the song "I Like to Move It" from the Madagascar movie. This is the best video I could get of him doing his dance routine.

4D pictures of Addison

When I had my last ultrasound, the tech switched to the 4D view so we could see sweet Addison's face. Whenever we ask Gavin what baby sister's name is, he still says "Medicine," although today he said "peanut butter" for some reason. I'll have to say that I prefer Medicine to Peanut Butter for a nickname. Gavin will also kiss my belly when we are talking about Baby Sister being in there. I think he will be a great big brother.

Last of the Snow Pictures

After nap time on Sunday, Aunt Yaya came over to play in the snow one last time. Gavin was really into making snow angels this time.

I posted all the videos so the grandparents could share in Gavin's fun. I love the one where he throws snow at the camera.

Snow Day!!

This morning we awoke to a beautiful snowfall. We have about 2 inches of snow at our house already, and it's still snowing. Gavin has had a lot of fun playing in the snow. We have to make him come inside when his little cheeks get really rosy!

This is the first picture when we first went out this morning. Mommy could not get him to put on his mittens. The next time we went outside, I told him he couldn't go unless he put his mittens on. He was more agreeable the second time around since he knew that playing in the snow was so much fun!
