Happy Birthday Daddy

Today is Daddy's 34th Birthday. We did cake last night, so Gavin could enjoy it. Mommy and Daddy are going out to eat tonight, and Gavin will be asleep by the time we get home. I think Gavin enjoyed this cake much more than his 1st birthday cake. He loved that it was a "football cake", and kept repeating that.

Fall School Picture

Gavin's MDO takes "school" pictures in the fall and the spring. Aside from the head tilt, I thought these were pretty cute. He is such a handsome boy, if I do say so myself.

Another trip to the zoo

I'm a few weeks behind, so I'm trying to catch up. Last Friday we went to the zoo with Caroline, Camden and Katie. Brooklyn, Lauren and Chris also joined us for Brooklyn's first visit to the zoo. I didn't really take many pictures, but here are a few. I forgot to get one of cute Brooklyn. And I missed the one of Gavin and Caroline holding hands. They had a great time together. We look forward to going again soon.

Gameday at the Carvers

Saturday night, we went over to the Carvers' to watch the Auburn game. Despite the outcome of the game, we had a good time catching up and watching the kids play.

The Pumpkin Patch

Saturday we traveled to Hayden to visit the Pumpkin Patch. We went with Avery, Caroline and Griffin (and their parents) as well as Gigi and Yaya. The kids had a great time, and we found the perfect pumpkin for Daddy to carve.
